O objetivo do encontro \u00e9 estabelecer uma conex\u00e3o entre agricultor, produtor que desenvolve produtos artesanais de cambuci e outros frutos do bioma Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, a ind\u00fastria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o , a nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e gastronomia e o consumidor final seja institucional, como o segmento food service e o varejo.<\/p>\n

A forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Arranjo Produtivo Sustent\u00e1vel \u2013 APS – do Cambuci e Esp\u00e9cies Nativas da Mata Atl\u00e2ntica, com produtores (quem possui p\u00e9s plantados) e beneficiadores (quem tem o trabalho com as nativas como neg\u00f3cio e est\u00e1 investindo em infraestrutura para beneficiamento, tem produ\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria ou compra dos produtores e comercializa no mercado junto ao Instituto AU\u00c1), que se associam ao Instituto e recebem apoio com capta\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos, capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Atualmente, este APS envolve mais de 10 beneficiadores e 50 produtores e \u00e9 reconhecido pelo Programa de Arranjos Produtivos Locais da Secretaria Estadual de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n
